Pilates Mat exercises aim to increase  strength, flexibility and endurance without risking injury or building bulk.  There is a focus on core stability, neutral alignment and breathing while helping to restore the natural curves of the spin and results in a body that looks fit and moves with ease.  This is a beneficial for anyone, whether you are rehabilitating from an injury, an avid exerciser, an elite athlete or just starting a fitness routine for the first time.  We'll keep you safe here in a supportive environment.

Completely customized exercises designed for you for maximum results.  First session will be 75 minutes to allow for postural assessment.  Following sessions will be 60 minutes. 

 

Semi-Private Pilates

2-4 people (bring your friends!).   This is a fun way to experience Pilates on a more customized level than the group classes.  We will chat first about expectations and any special considerations before a 60 minute Pilates session. 

 

Private Pilates
on the Reformer

Exercises are designed to restore the natural curves of the spine and provide balance to the muscles around all the joints of the body.  The Reformer has a has a horizontal carriage that glides forward and backward on rollers connected to springs that allow for strength and control progression with resistance.  Exercises can be done lying down, seated and standing.  The Reformer is an excellent option for any fitness level- customized for recovery from an injury, athletic conditioning and everywhere in between.  First session will be 75 minutes to allow for postural assessment.  Following sessions will be 60 minutes.

 

Fit Kids

These after-school classes are focused on athletic conditioning for 11-14 year kids.  These are the years where an after-school program may not be available and they are not old enough for a gym membership.  May be customized to the participants, considering their athletic interests and goals.  Small groups to ensure safety.
